Sign Up procedure in the User Cabinet

1.      The user shall click the button "Cabinet" in the upper right corner of the instant payment terminal's homepage, which initiates the Sign-Up process in the Cabinet.

2.      The user enters the personal number and clicks the button "Next", which is automatically verified against the phone numbers linked to the user's personal number in the UCC database.

3.      If the user's personal number is found in the UCC database, the user's hidden[1] phone number or message is displayed on the screen, indicating that the provided personal number is not associated with any phone number.

4.      User:

4.1.   Shall click the button "select" next to the phone number and the OTP code will be sent to the hidden number and the system is moved to the next step of registration; or

4.2.   Shall click the button "search for another number" and on the screen will appear: 

4.2.1. Other phone number linked to the personal number found in the UCC database, if any.

4.2.2.  Notification that the user failed the verification procedure and the registration process is terminated, as no alternative phone number is available;

5.      After selecting a phone number, the user enters the 4-digit OTP code received via the phone number and clicks the button "next", triggering a validation check in the UCC system of the sent 4-digit code entered by the user.  

6.      If the code entered by the user does not coincide with the sent code, the user clicks the button "resend" and enters the 4-digit OTP code received via the phone number in accordance with paragraph 5.

7.      Upon successful entry of the code matching the one sent by the system, the user's verification process is completed. Subsequently, the next registration step will appear on the screen, where the user provides the name and clicks the "Finish" button. Following this, the user's Cabinet will be generated.

How to add a user telephone number in the Cabinet profile

 

1.      To add a phone number in the "Cabinet profile", the user shall click the button "Profile" on the upper right corner of the home page of the instant payment terminal.

2.      In the "Cabinet profile”, the user shall click the "add" button next to the mobile number and the next stage will be displayed on the screen, where the user enters the mobile phone number.

3.      After entering the mobile phone number, the user clicks the button "next”, and the OTP code is sent from PayBox to the phone number.  

4.      The user enters the 4-digit OTP code received by the phone number from PayBox and if the code entered by the user coincides with the code sent by the system, the user's phone number is added, and the following message is displayed on the screen "Mobile phone number has been successfully added".

5.      If the code entered by the user does not coincide with the sent code, the user clicks the button "Resend" and enters the 4-digit OTP code received by the phone number in accordance with paragraph 4.

 

Note 1. All information entered by the user and actions performed by the user on the screen is logged in the system of JSC OPPA.

 

Note 2. The input time after sending the OTP code to the user is 59 seconds.
